I have been working with Accenture Technology for more than a year now and with 2 different projects. I never felt any negative things about my organisation. Let me share my experience to you.
Initially after joining for about 3 to 4 months I was not sure whome to meet for HR, Financial needs. I dint get answers from anyone.
Later after struggling myself I found whom to contact for any solution. This is the experience of any Accenture employee. Initially there is a struggle and later will get it. Trust me. Now its one year and I worked with 2 different projects which require different skills. That gave me confidence and add more skills to my profile.
Prior joining to Accenture I worked in 2 companies who treated employees like slaves. I enjoy the freedom now. I am honestly telling the readers that Accenture is the best place to work.
Accenture is build with a work culture that too build with the core values and respect people. I am a low level employee and there is no differentiation of high level vs low level. I used to get answers from Senior Executives if I have any issues.
That is Accenture. Build with people relation and respect.
I CHANGED MY JOB WITHOUT CHANGING MY COMPANY. THAT IS ACCENTURE.
I LOVE WORKING AT ACCENTURE AND PROUD TO BE PART OF IT.
