9th gear fitness gym is situated in mulund, mumbai is one of the best gym I have ever visited. I am really greatful and also thankful to my friend who suggested me when I was there during my internship. I am seriously happy with the result which I have observed in such a short period of time.
Infrastructure is awesome. Gym sos seriously made up of advanced technology which is genuinly loved by me. They normally focus on the regular exersice. They help to use the machine in an appropriate way and also in a systematic order so that the person does not feel any kind of depressive burden. There are more than 5 staff members who help in doing exercise and helps in balancing our body. They also have a nice attitude and talks to the person in well mannered way.
As per infrastructure they charge a little more as comapred to other gyms but over all I like rather love it a lot as it helped in my weight reduction in a very presiced way.
