Bought three (3) pieces of multipurpose steam vaporizer vapor humidifier for wellness Nano Steamer as I needed .
Got the three pieces as in good packing. Issue started after unpacking them.
Of the three pieces received:
1st item had some issue and is not getting switched on.
2nd item had come without a plug connector.
3rd item was working when I checked first and perhaps the last time.
My MCB got tripped when I tried to use it for second time.
Hats off to 24sevenitem portal who provide cheap items at cheap rate. You should blame yourself for buying there and not the portal. :-).
When contacted the customer care for the first two defects, they asked me to get it repaired on condition that they will pay the amount or send it back through courier.
When I got it repaired they were ready to pay 80% of the charged incurred on payment (I quoted Rs.125 for repairs and they are ready to pay Rs 100). And that too in the coupon form where I need to buy a item from them again.
I think I should be MAD in doing so. So please don't go for 24sevenindia. If you are a member, please unsubscribe now.
