YSK Laboratories Pvt Ltd company exploits employees, provides no career growth, and has no ethical work culture. Stay away if you value your career and well-being!
YSK Laboratories Pvt Ltd is an unprofessional and extremely stingy company. The director is not trustworthy at allhe makes commitments to employees and then goes back on his word. His only priority is cost-cutting, regardless of how it affects employees. Instead of hiring new staff, they overburden existing employees with multiple tasks, creating a toxic and exploitative work environment. Employee benefits are practically zero in this company.
Major Issues in This Company:
No Employee Provident Fund(EPF) facility.
No ESIC/Medical benefits for employees.
No Casual Leave(CL) or Paid Leave(PL) policy.
No salary slips are provided to employees.
No transparent salary structure in the offer letter.
Unhygienic work environment Drinking water is unsafe, no Aquaguard is installed. Employees must bring their own 2-litre water bottles from home. The office bathrooms are not cleaned, and employees are forced to clean their own workspace.
No relieving letter provided The management forces employees to serve a 2-month notice period but plays dirty politics when terminating employees. The director, to save money, manipulates employees by saying:
"Our production is not running well."
"We dont have enough funds to pay salaries."
"We are going to fire more employees, so its better if you resign yourself."
However, as soon as an employee submits their resignation, HR emails them saying they must serve the full 2-month notice period. This is clear exploitation!
I am posting this on social media because I have followed up multiple times, sent numerous reminders, but they still refuse to provide my relieving letter. My only reason for sharing this is to make sure that no one else goes through what I have experienced. Be alert, guys!
