Still I am have received my GV as promised Yesterday.
MY EARLIER REVIEW
I received my ordered(Order # YBH1097837) item through DTDC courier on 11.02.2012 with proper package but Nirlon Fry Pan(product code 8906004480171) has dent in two places.
Immediately I spoken to your customer care executive as per his instructions I attached the picture of the material and send to them and they allotted me the Complaint No. And they also promised me for return pickup,
I thank Customer Care for fast action in this regard
