There are many Cell Service Providers these days catering to large population of India. Amomng the leaders are Airtel, Tata Indicom, Vodafone(previously Hutch Essar), Spice Com, Reliance , etc. I have experience of Airtel, Tata Indicom, Spice Com, Reliance.Almost all of these connections have been with my family (mysons asnd daughter-in-laws).
I used Airtel for many years but with each year its service and billing plus customer care has been deteriorating.I had postpaid connection and normally Iused to pay in afvance anticipating my normal usage.The result was I was excessively charged. About two months backI changed to PREPAID thinking that now I shall not be defrauded. But I was wrong. Without my asking they activated Miised Call Alert and deducted Rs 30/-as charges for three months.
