I am using hutch prepaid from long time. For Around 6 months I used Hutch in Bangalore, after that I shifted in mumbai and went for Hutch only. In bangalore, I found hutch very good in every sense. But in mumbai I found it worst in every sense. Hutch coverage is good but its services are not good comparative Airtel/reliance.
Last month, Hutch stopped the services for those customers who had not given their full address and photo proof. I am agree that they did very well and it was good for many reasons. But they included many those people also who had given their full address/photo proofs. I took Hutch prepaid connection in Feb 1st week-2007.
I have given all my address/photo proof. I also gave address confirmation last day only but suddenly they stopped outgoing from my number. This was too much. Why so much extra proof they want. I am sure now i'll go for another service. I suggest others also that don't go for hutch, You are never safe with Hutch prepaid.
