My perents travelled this morning with vistara delhi to hyderabad with connecting to london via a different airline. The connecting time we had between two flights was only 1 hour and we are made aware that tge luggege had to be collected to hyderabad and chek in again in the other airline to lodon. As my perants travelling for the first time. They started panicking as they do not have enough time to collect the luggage.got to the other airline desk for check in. Immigrating and to the gate.but vistara airline helped and checkin the luggage in the bussiness class so there luggage would come first amd they can collect immidiately when they come out. They made my perents comfertable during that flight and arranged staff to assist them to reach to the other flight on time with best support an airline can offer. Hats off to team vistara for such amazing support.
