Last year 2020 I had deactivated my account with the provider dty, since I am a post paid customer I had a balance of 4300+ in my account, since it was covid, I had called the customer care and deactivated the account until further notice, they said that they will charge 25rs and as confirmed by the agent at that time that it will be activated only when I call, but surprisingly on 23rd may 2021, when I returned home to vacate, and when checked and seen surprisingly the dth is activated and the balance is like 800+ rs I was so frustrated and called customer care they asked me to raise a complain, so with the same I raised a complaint on the website(90032570), and the customer agent told me that some one will call me, todays the 28th may 2021 and no call, when I call customer care and informed them they said that deactivation is only for 60 days and post that it will be reactive, but when informed that was not informed to me, they said no billing issue, when I told them that it was not informed they said, it is in our policy, when asked for policy they say it was there when asked for managers, not able to transfer, excess amount on the drh account cannot be refunded what are you guys doing drinking the blood of the customers, lost close to 4700rs with this shitty company, please pay a bit more and get on to reputed vendors
