I booked Urban clap for AC service. The professional came and repaired the AC, after two days again there was no cooling at all. I sent an email to Urbanclap regarding the issue for which I received a call once asking for the exact issue and after that there is no response at all. I only keep email saying the team is working on it. It has been 15 days since the complaint and no response. They are just waste of time and money.
