Only Tagline Suit To This Bank Is “Not Good People To Bank With”. Bank Which Cannot Afford To Deliver Good Service To The Customer They Need To Improve Or Shut Down.
Very Bad Banking For Last 3 Months I Had Joint Account With Them, As I Don’t Go For This Type Of The Bank As There Is No Attractive Interest On Deposit, No Scheme Or Banking Loans Offers, They Say There R More Than 7000 Atm But Can’t Even Find One Expect Outside My Bank Branch .I Had Opened With This Bank Only Becoz It Is Situated Near My House .
Every Time U Shop Wth There Debit Card It Takes Long Time For Otp To Receive, Every Now & Then Charges For Every Transaction So U Have To Be Alert & Look For Any Unknown Debit Also Not So Nice Experience With Netbanking .As Now Talking About My Branch Bank Very Unprofessional People Not Willing To Help, I Think Union Bank Is Trying Hire Illiterate People They R Anware Of Any Of Product Union Bank Has To Offer, Even When I Try To Open Saving Acc With Them They Took Almost 1 Month To Open It, While Other Bank Takes Not More Than 7 Days Or 5 Min Approval .
This Bank Is Like Small Cooperative Type Where U Only Need To Deposit Money Nothing Else U Should Expect From Them .While Other Bank Give Best Banking Service But This One Fail To Deliver In Every Sense, If U R New To Banking & Want To Open Any Acc Go For Best Option Available In Market, I Suggest U Go For Idbi, Kotak, Icici & Sbi .
