Hi,
On 4th March 2016, booked uber cab to travel from R R Nagar to Mathikere.
Post booking, one of the driver conveyed that his car has a problem.
Again he is informing me that to cancel not under Driver cancellation.
Here the mobile number is 918030752432_213448.mp4 as enclosed. PFA file
So here the driver tried to play the cheap tricks.
Here my question is, if they are not interested they could have switched off the mobile
I have a complained the same to Uber customer care team.
But they haven't come back of the action that has been taken for being irresponsible.
