I was in Ranchi last sunday and had a change to dinner at Trishna Restaurant near Bypass Road.From outside, it was looking an awesome place to eat but in actual, the restaurant was lacking in both customer service and food presentation. The Tables were arranged with narrow spacing so we were getting disturbed every time when waiters were moving. All the staff members were talking loudly like fish market. It was very embarrassing moment when I asked for change of chapati as it was burned from the sides, they straightly refused. After paying the bill, I complained the manager about the same, but he was even more rude with customers, I would never visit this restaurant again and would never recommend any of you to visit this one.
