I purchased two Products from Tradus.com. one is VOX Chordless MP3 player. I came faulty and also with the incompatible USB chord. The right side ear phone was loose and came out of its socket and had broken connections. and there was not sound.
I called Vox with passed the buck to Tradus.com.. emailed and also called Tradus but did not get any response read the experiences of others with regards to the services after sales and found pathetic. Advise - Not to get lured by low price as the prices are low, so are the quality of the products and the services. Regreted buying from Tradus.
