Dear Mr. Vikas Bhosale,


I would like to bring to your notice the irresponsive nature of your support team to handle my complaint. I had taken a connection on 11th of April (customer Id: 1100XXXXXX), ignoring the fact that I had submitted a sales request for more than 4 months earlier). I have two laptops and I was assured that I can connect up to max 4 systems in my house. My official laptop was able to connect to the Internet but I wasn’t able to connect using my personal laptop.


1) i had lodged a complaint on 11th April (Complaint No 1-393095342) and was assured that an engineer will visit with 48 hours


2) On 14th April I get a call from your engineer (Cell No: 9821323189) assuring me that he will visit me, I took an early off from office and waited for him, till evening he wasn’t picking up my phone calls, finally after 9pm his phone was switched off, despite my sms he never called back


3) I again called on 22nd April as my official laptop also wasn’t able to connect after that and on asking the status on the previous complaint I was told we will send an engineer


4) I waited till 24th and requested for a disconnection (1-44201858)


5) On 25th April (Sunday) I get a call from your engineer asking me my address and assuring me he will visit, I waited till evening at home and when I called him at 6.30pm he said he cannot come and will visit on Monday but no call or visit after that.


I understand that you are still struggling to provide efficient service to your customers hence would request you to kindly take this request as a final one and refund me my Rs.500/- that was paid as installation charges at the earliest.
