I have 2 mbps wireless Internet service provided by Tikona Digital Services in Nagpur. I am facing lot of internet issues where it says "No Internet Access". So I hardly get the continuous, uninterrupted services. Many times the speed also is very slow.


I my self an IT professional, has found the services by Tikona very bad... more over the customer service is worst... they do not even know how to manage customer issues... so very bad services.
