We sent a parcel from JPT, AP on 16th September and it reach Indore on 20th September but still they haven't delivered to my home address in Indore.
I phoned several times to Indore branch but they don't answer nicely, they are disconnecting the calls while I am talking to them and they said courier boy picked the parcel on 22nd but he never came to deliver.
Indore staff is quiet irresponsible, either they won't answer the phone calls or disconnect the calls during the customer is communicating with them.
I fed up to phone them, It's been days.
