Approximately an year ago we bought a Symphony air cooler. But nothing was in order. To start with, the installation guys were not at all customer friendly. Later it so happened that there was some machine problem in the brand new cooler.
Once the cooler was finally put in order, these people were unable to describe its functions. Last but not the least, the device just does not serve its purpose. It does not cool the room at all. Now these people blame the issue on the climate. So did I buy one to just keep it as a show piece. If its not worthy enough why was it being sold in that area.
