I want to say something about sun direct dth platform. it is absolutely free of cost service. but its performance is also very poor. the network quality is also worst. my neighbor is using sun direct dth and he is really very unhappy with it.
1.picture and sound quality=>
if we talk about the picture and sound quality of sun direct dth platform it is absolutely disappointing. this dth is unable to broadcast in rainy season and monsoon. there is no benefit of this free service.
2.service and support=>
service and support is also very poor because it is a free platform and their service engineers doesn't take any interest in any complaint.
3.value for money=>
this product is not valuable product, .
