Stellar One Noida Extension - A very over priced project!


I have visited the project recently and have seen the 2 and 3 BHK flat layouts.


Pros:

  • Location is ok.

  • Construction quality is ok.

Cons:

  • Flat Layouts are not good. A 1412 Sq. Ft. Size of flat looks like a 1200 Sq. Ft. of size.

  • No space between the towers

  • Play area is above the parking with iron railings. Which is not a safe place to play for kids.

  • Only ok kind of open/green area

  • Over Priced.

  • Conclusion: Only worth to Buy @3200/Sq. Ft. Of cost as an investment opportunity! Otherwise Avoid this project.
