Hi, iam the account holder of SBH since many years and I am not satisfied with this bank even for one percent.
The behavior of bank authorities towards customers is senseless
Their services are of no use and no one responds to ones request in these banks
I have apllied for my duplicate atm a month ago but I did not recieve it till date, I got a message saying my atm has been dispatched and a tracking number is given, when I track with that number it says the consignment details are not found as They idi not booked the item yet. This is the worst situation I face with this bank regularly in every situation.
I conclide to not expect even a little bit of positive appraoch from this SBH authorities.
