Star Health Insurance will woo you with low premium Medical Insurance policies but will reject your claim when you apply for settlement. My brothers wife was admitted for 8 days in GKNM for Corona treatment and when he submitted the claim, they asked for all the reports, letter from the doctors etc and he submitted all documents. They kept asking for so many reports and at the end they rejected the claim. And when we tried to get in touch with the Tirupur Office Manager, he was very rude. My brothers wife had a Corona Kavach policy and a separate medical policy. Both star insurance policies. I would suggest never take star health insurance policies. I too paid for it. This is the second year, so far I have not claimed so dint know how they worked. Any suggestion as to how to make them pay for the claim. My brother too paid for the second year before his claim got rejected.
