I booked on SRM from some online bus booking site . The Bus supposed to leave around 7 30 and it stated journey at 8 o clock. I booked Sleeper AC bus from Bangalore to Trivandrum whic was cost 1500 rs . Driver was so rude initially i asked him i want to get water he said you cant go outside bus is moving even after half and hour it dint moved . Then After the real worst service comes after around 10:30 PM night rain started my seat completely wet and water was leaking from all the side it continued till 1 0 clock i could not able to sleep . then i complained to driver he said he cant do anything . Then after the whole bed was Wet i couldnot able to sleep some how i was waiting to reach destination . While bookin it was showing 7 30 will be arrival time till 9 o clock i did not reach trivandrum so that there was lots of problem happened dont dare to book from this people worst service providers
