I went to this bakery yesterday with my friend to have some puffs. This bakery is located near the bus stop in vadavalli and has many customers per day visiting and eating here.
When we entered there was nasty smell of chat items, the bakery was not kept clean and hygienic, when we saw the menu which was posted on the wall we saw that there is no vegetarian items at all and were highly de satisfied by this, and so we ordered a tea which came in 5 minutes. The tea was however not hot so we complained and they spoke rudely to us and told to drink it or leave it.
Customer service is very bad and slow. There are very few working staffs only so service is very slow. And they speak with full attitude and rudely. M friend ate bhel puri as he is non-vegetarian only, but he didn't liked it at all so food taste is very bad here and the plate was metal instead of using plastic plate which is easily use and throw.
On payment there is no card options as it is a small bakery only.
