Cheap airlines, thankful dat I arrived safely. Review on SpiceJet

Mentioned direct flight on my makemytrip booking NF2201632124760 pdf file that was emailed to me and in the booking page.

Then makemytrip changed that in "my account" page after the flight was over realizing the glitch. I spent hours traveling all over India before arriving in Mumbai and missed an important meeting.

To add insult to injury my luggage was sent to belt 5 instead of belt 4 that was announced before alighting from the aircraft and I spent an hour searching for my luggage along with other confused passengers of the same flight. **Shame.*

Given all these serious hiccups I am simply thankful that the aircraft did not fall off the sky. At least the aircraft maintenance crew appear to have been paid salaries regularly. Whew! There is literally no free lunch with this airlines. Its cheap. You get what you pay for. :-)
