I used this phone for about two and a half years. It gave good performance initially but towards the end, the performance slowed down drastically. The software from Sony was also never perfect; there were always quite a handful of bugs in it. However, the hallmark of the phone is its durability. It didn't suffer as much as a crack even after I've dropped it countless times.
The audio and screen quality were also at par for phones of similar range at that time.
