Famous American basketball coach Charles Jerome "Chuck" Daly once said, It's discouraging to make a mistake, but it's humiliating when you find out you're so unimportant that nobody noticed it.


Snapdeal made me(every customer like me) so unimportant that I could link my experience with the famous quote.


Before using snapdeal.com site, I found very good reviews. After my bitter experience I found them to be paid or bogus reviews only. One can check the quality of reviews and the reviewer for five star rated reviews. I feel pity that such reviews are encouraged at MS.


Let me come to the case straight way:


On 21-10-2014 I ordered a product "Tera Shapes Royal Solid Surface Washbasin"(Order Id 3296624373)for Rs.12, 450/- and did not get to know any movement till 27-10-2014 on the order page.


The auto response kind of mail came assuring to resolve and respond in 24-48 hours. There seems to be a careless attitude at snapdeal in customer related problems. Sent multiple mails and no response. Its not a small amount by any means. Funnily this also shows "Your order is packed and waiting for the courier pickup" since last 9 days. It’s not allowing me to cancel the order. It’s humiliating experience for me now.


A person my place would have been completely frustrated as it is a washbasin intended to be used at my house which is under renovation. I read every recent review and found them to be bogus only and understood it to be a newly adapted way to hide the real [sic] snapdeal experience.


Recently I read it dispatched a used vim bar for a mobile phone order. All these experience comes once you are at the receiving end. I would caution all the buyers to be careful while ordering. In no case one should pay upfront.


I wish better sense prevail at Snapdeal. I am still waiting for the order to be at least cancelled.
