It has always been my effort to write positive reviews when the service is reliable. Too many people flood Mouthshut with too many negative reviews, but no one seems to be acknowledging the positive services. This review is a positive one.
Since the explosion of online stores(Yebhi/Myntra/Snapdeal etc etc), this was my first attempt at buying a non electrical product online. Needed a Mothercare shampoo for my son. The Johnson & Johnson shampoo made his hair all dull and unkempt. However, the nearest Mothercare store had recently shut down. So, did a search for the product online, and Snapdeal was the only one to have it. The pricing could have been 10-20% lower, but I ordered it anyway. Promised delivery in 3 business days(which seemed on the higher side), the product was delivered in 2 business days.
Satisfied with Snapdeal .Will use again.
PS - Try not to order products on Friday. The waiting period(not counting weekend) will now be 5 days:O
