I have bought BSNL PENTA TABLET IS701C WHITE(Order No 1006129469) thru Snapdeal. When I received the product the seal of the TABLET box was broken.(You can not check it at the time of receiving because of packaging).
When I have tried to turn on the Tablet it did not work. I called the help-desk immediately and register complain(number 2190385) they asked me to contact BSNL service center. As suggested by customer care I have visited BSNL service center and got DOA certificate and send scan copy of it to help@Snapdeal.com however did not got any response. After that when I called customer care they inform me that they will arrange a pick up of the faulty product however they need 48 hours for the same.
After 3 days they arranged the pickup. Now they have got the product(AWB 13903978432) thru bludart on 03.06.2013 However they do not bother to inform the acceptance of the product. Every time I am calling to know the status. Now my money and the product is with them but they are not bother to replace the product. Customer care representatives are rude and waiting time is 10 minutes and they have mugged one answer only "will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours". 5 days already passed however no response. When I am calling customer care but they are not picking up the call from my number when called from another number they picked up the call but told me to gather the details they want to put the call on hold then after 5 min they disconnected the call. Now from my number when I am calling they are disconnecting the call after 7-8 minutes.
I do not know when I will get my product/money. I am sharing my experience to make you aware. Please prepare to face this kind of harassment when you buy product from Snapdeal. I have recorded the calls please check them.
