Siti Cable provides Very bad service to the customer. I purchased connection from Siti Cable for watching TV channels but after 1 to 2 months problem starts arising.
Very often the connection gets out, even after contacting customer care so many times problem not solves within 1 to 2 days , it took around 7 days to solve that problem so I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service of Siti Cable, they also start reducing the number of channels.
When I contacted them then he replied that we need to charge more to supply all that channel. So I was completely dissatisfied with the sity cable and after that I withdrawal my connection from siti cable. So I will suggest you not to use Siti Cable.
