Sitel is one of the telecom company which manages the customer service of many brand companies. They will show hell to the employees. There is not at all respect to the employees. The salaries offered at this company is very less. We have to work more than 8 hours that to under high pressure. There wont be any future growth in this company. They wont even increase the salary for old employees also. There is no cab facility even for night shifts also. There is no weekend holidays and there will be random weekoff. We dont get any promotion even after working hard. They wont even increase the salaries. It is one of the worst company. Never join in that company to get developed in your life. There is no job security also. The work environment will be good because of the friends who works with us.
