Shopclues cheap but pathetic products when delivered. I ordered a personalised photo mug. 2 Mugs were ordered seperately and all of them came broken. A video is worth thousand of words so am enclosing a Youtube link.
Customer care requested for broken product image but it has been 4 days.. still no response from them. You have to be lucky to get the products in good shape from them. My advice - invest some money and order from a better website. Nothing comes for free! :)
