Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 T211 supports only micro sim card, you can cut your regular sim card and turn it into micro sim card. It does not support mkv, avi, 3gp, flv, vp8, asf video format. It also not support OTG. Hangs a lot, frequent restarts. When display brightness is set to zero, the screen flickers. Costly. No Gorilla glass. Only 833 MB RAM. Too much applications, which are not needed in tablet, making the tablet very heavy.
