I had a bad experience, I had some official work in mangalore, and one of my mangalore collegaues suggested to visit this hotel and have the sea food . So the dat was 3/01/2017.
As the new year time was there, there was a heavy rush, no space for parking, even did not get a proper place in the hotel to seat, every where it was in a mess. The hotel cleaning staff was trying there level best to sortify the things but unable
Well this restaurant is good in offseason times, they are able to handle 5 to 6 custmers at a time so if you see there is rush please dont visit.
In the other hand the food is good it is awsome, but food lots of restaurants are there in competition they are also serving nice, the only things matter is the service and the pleasant enviornment
Well if the management reads this please improve the quality of service in peak hours.
Surrounding is good, yes of curse value for money but custmer service is poor.
