Today Me and my family visited the big RELIANCE SMART SUPER store at G3s Rohini sector 11, new DELHI .The Delhi is burning near 40 degree with maximum humidity and store is maintaining min 30 degree.NO AC IN THIS BIG STORE, Only Fans were their and on in front of each fan the store staff was there to get some relief from the hot weather. After spending 45 minutes and selection of useful items done by entire family we reached to cash counter . The single counter was operational with no network, old machine were not working, staff were on lunch, IN ONE LINE no one was working . hosh posh - only, BUCK PASSING, SO I COULD NOT BILLED MY STUFF DUE TO SOME NETWORK ISSUE.
every staff was just looking us helplessly ki sir hum kya kare call customer care. JUST NO SERVICE TO CUSTOMER. WE WASTED FULL 2 HOURS . I FELT SORRY FOR MY KIDS TOO.
These big brand just make us fool in the name of big brand . I will never go to this brand or store.
