Extremely poor or worst service privided by Jio Fibre Cust care.
I had booked for Jio Fibre Broadband on 31st ict 2019.It was prepaid Silver plan.
had deposited Rs 1500 as sec deposit and Rs 1000 for installation.
Before validity of Silver plan I had informed cust care on their call And email also For cancellation of plan and after takiibg bk its items, refund my sec deposit.
i have written more than 10 times but they hv neither sent anyguy to collect the items nor hv refunded my sec deposit.
Howsoevr they reply that they are processing case and I will get some update in 24 hrs, but it has never happened.
I appeal to all those who are desirous of going in for Jio, be warned that you will be repenting later as there is nothing like cust care and consideration for consumer and their satisfaction.
