I visited reliance digital store in mumbai to purchase a headphone, they have various items, I asked for one which is under Rs.200, they showed me Philips she1360 worth Rs.150.
Since it has good reviews , I picked it up and paid for it.
After using it, I was happy with the quality of sound. and next morning when I played a song, it's sound was too low while I played it on full volume. The sound is not as same as yesterday as it looks like the speakers are ruptured.
I visited again to the reliance digital store and asked for replacement, but they denied to replace the headphone because of no reason.I faced very pathetic experience with reliance digital.
