I too had HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE like other users. The product was not available with them, still they billed my credit card & didn't dispatch the product. ORDER ID : 2013062784917.
I kept asking but received NO response. After 20 days when I asked for a refund, they asked me to choose some different product of the same amount.
I will buy what I want & not any JUNK. Seems they captures your money by showing unavailable products & then sells their other useless products afterward.
