Their lamb chops desi version will make your tongue do a happy dance. Their chicken bhatindawale has tender pieces of chicken in a well-made gravy and there is nothing that you can dislike about this dish. Their amristsari malai kofta has a rich gravy and thankfully, it is not sweet like how it tends to be at other places.
Their murgh tikka Punjabi bistro is their signature dish and you cannot leave without trying it. First, you will be blown away by the presentation and then by the taste. Their paneer lababdar is heavenly and you will want to lick your fingers because it is so good you won’t want to waste any of it. In the starters, you can also try their cashew roll, bhatti aloo, murgh tikka kallimirch and tawa fish.
The best thing about Punjab Bistro is that they have put efforts in their main course as well, unlike other places that don’t bother about the main course because most people get full with the starters. Their dal Punjab bistro, pindi chana, mutton masala and chicken biryani, will take you in a state of food coma.
