I bought a Samsung Note 4 from Poorvika Mobiles, Madiwala.'
They made me wait for 6 hours to get the mobile and while billing they told me that I have a 10% cash back as well as a 0% interest EMI scheme. I checked with them multiple times whether it is really true that I get both 0% interest as we as 10% cash back. They promised me about the deal and I bought the product on Jan 14th 2015 .
Yesterday I received an email from HDFC that I am being charged a whopping 15% pa .
When I cross checked, Poorvika guys are saying that the interest will be credited by Samsung and the Samsung guy confesses that he himself is not aware of the exact process even though he promised me confidently at the time of buying.
I have bought 2 phones and an ipad in Poorvika in the last one week, only to be cheated by these guys?
Worst case is each of them is telling me a different story and I have already raised a dispute with HDFC Bank. It is astonishing that Samsung and Poorvika is deploying cheap tactics to sell a premium product.
Can a Samsung manager or Poorvika Manager resolve this issue?
