I am a regular customer of pepperfry but very much dissatisfied with their cancel and return policy.I have ordered for an office table which I found that it was of bigger size. Before the delivery only I requested them to cancel the order but they totally denied and told that the cancellation is not possible. Now where the customer will go. The payment was already done. Amazon and Flipkart are more better for purchasing furnitures than pepperfry.The products are mostly of the same quality.
