Cheating Customers by showing Wrong Images. This is the new way of cheating customers by giving discount coupons and selling the products. I have purchased Pristine 2 lit Stainless steel Pressure cooker with lid in the image that showed by the Pepperfry.com.
Order No. 303935638 on 14th April2018. After receiving the product there is no lid, asked for return they said they could not take return. I have asked why you have showed the lid in the image( they do not mentioned the lid is not the part of product). Many of the people do online shopping by viewing the image. In pepper fry there is no reviews or rating about the product. I have paid Rs.946 but invoice I have received was rs.887.(proofs attached images)
I have sent many mails and cals. But there is noresponse just saying will be resolved in 24-48 hours. But No use
The option for chatting with customer is only for new order not for refunds and return the product. You have to wait for least 30-40 min to reach customer care by phone. Dont waste your time and money.
Pepperfry is for Cheating the people by showing wrong images.
