I have booked a room at Host Inn Khanpur Ahmadabad. I checked in on 15th Jan 25 and checked out on 16th Jan 25.


I had a very bad experience on my first day stay. First of all their none of the department's service numbers are working no body picks up a call. I have ordered in breakfast bread toast and omlette and I have been served a sandwich because hotel toaster is OOO. Then I asked for iron I have been told Iron is not working from many days so I had to order a new iron from Blinkit because I had to go dow a meeting.


At evening when I returned from office I ordered Tea when I reminded after 40 mints that I have ordered for a tea then I got a revert Ohh sorry sir I will get it now.


Then I requested to the reception to collect my laundry but they again forgot to pickup my laundry to send it outside, so I had to wait another day to send my laundry. Where as I had continued my stay for next 2 more days. The second day before I leave for my office I requested at reception to clean my room and handover the key. Evening when I asked them did my room been serviced? I got a gentle reply Sorry Sir, forgot I will get it done now and then my room has been served at night 8 PM.


The room bathroom is pathetic look like a railway station public toilet. Mirrors are so dirty that I can be able to see my face.


I have attached all the photos of my concerns which are not at all acceptable because I myself is an hotelier and concern about the hygiene.


I would strongly recommend to address this issues so the next case should not face so many problems and service concern, the hotel staff need a training and briefing about the guest needs and grievances.


I just want to tell you that the people whomsoever ever come out of home to the hotel they want to feel the hotel like their home not like a railway station waiting room.
