I purchased the oster cool-touch toaster in Jan 2014 and have been using it without any trouble till date. It can be used for large and small slices of bread. You can select your level of Browning from 7-level knob switch.
There is also a cancel function to stop the preset level. A crumb tray is provided at the bottom to collect crumbs.
This tray can be cleaned abd washed as well.
