I was traveling from Blr to Alleppey on 3rd Dec 2018,
I don't know what's wrong with these people,
Despite so many bad feedback, I still choose this horrible bus service thinking that sometimes it happens,
1st incident bus tracking page shows the bus is on time, the departure time 8:20 at Roopena Agara, But bus reached at 9:15 to board!
2nd there were no amenities which was mentioned on the website.
3rd is never expected that someone called me at 1: 45 am, While I was in half sleep, The attender asked are going to Alleppey, I replied as YES, Attender asked to change the bus, I asked why is it so. Then as usual drama started stating that the bus had broken down( Clutch problem unable to change the gear ) (2+1) AC sleeper.
4th shouting at passengers, Do change the bus without knowing to other passengers or it would be a problem Without any option shifted to semi sleeper (2+2)AC.
5th The driver & Attender says it's all about adjustment try to adjust us according to the situation.
Why do people pay so much money and choose sleeper, They might have some medical issue such as back pain ect...
If I wanted to go in semi sleeper I would have chosen KPN & SRS not Orange tours and travels sleeper bus.

The most horrible thing at least I'm into Semi sleeper bus (2+2) of same company (Orange tours and travels) but another left over passenger has to travel in another company bus by paying through cash and refund of (break down bus) present company bus (orange tours and travels) will be initiated soon, My complete worry is all about there is family with a small kiddo who has travelled with us, I don't know what's their situation right now!
New techniques to steal the money !!
Guys very serious note please do not choose this bus service ever.
You will surely get disappointed !!

If you feel the above issue is common, Then raise your questions towards orange tours and travels, Stating you'll pay the amount once you arrived at the destination Or will the travels get adjusted if we pay 700rs instead of 1200rs per seat?
Think !!! Think once & chose the right travels.
I prefer KPN & SRS going forward.
