Nyka is an online shopping website for buying cosmetics from different brands some of which are not easily available everywhere in India.
The packaging is good and most of my products reached me in their original condition. But I ordered blushers twice from them and both were broken.
The quality of the products are original which makes it one of the most trusted online shopping website, there are so many brands you can pick from.
The delivery for my hometown is 7 to 8 days which is fine as most brands take similar delivery time.
Returning or exchanging damaged or wrong products is good though an email has to be written to them with attached picture and bank details for refund but they reply pretty soon and
product is picked up from the doorsteps.
Refund is made within stated time as well.
