I had ordered certain articles from nnnow and had put in an exchnage for 2 jeans on 5th Sept and till date no one has bothered to come and pick up the articles instead they are suggesting that I should deliver it to the nearest store and why would I do that if they have an exchnage option then someone should pick it up from my place.
And the best part they have only one standard reply
