Absolutely horrible quality of product. I had to wait for 2 months for delivery when website promised 15 days. Got told it’ll come in a day or 2 consistently by customer care but showed up after 2 months. Showed up in pathetic quality when it did and technician had to be called to fix it. Customer care department is pathetic and unhelpful. Additionally there is no communication from the brands side requiring me to constantly have to keep following up with them. Overall the worst experience with online purchases I have ever had.
