I had ordered a sofa online and made full payment for my order 3551 on the 20th June 2024. It was committed by Mr Rahul of Nice Mabel to be delivered within 10 days. But till today (23rd July) neither I have received the order nor any response from them to all my msgs through WhatsApp, online chats, customer care. The only response I receive is it will be delivered soon. They refuse even refund. My mobile no is 9886514140. I can share all communication with the company and the response from them if anyone wants to understand on what the customer has to undergo if you place the order with this company. I have finally decided to approach the Honourable consumer court to seek my refund which is the last option to recover my money.
