I have ordered for a bed of worth 75000.I have already paid for it. The order was done on 12th of June. They mailed a proper invoice.But this has been 24th of July today and I have not received my order yet. The customer service tells that my order has been dispatched.But there is no tracking or any proof of my order getting dispatched. Every day they say that it will get delivered on 2 - 3 days .They will send me mail regarding the delivery.But then there is no response. I could not understand in the beginning that nice maple is a fraud company.Even Amazon and Flipkart are selling products of nice maple. I blindly trusted on the company and have lost 75000/- They provide a fake invoice with a fake GST no . There is no such shop where they show their address. Why doesn't the police take any action towards this fraud company.Its a cyber crime. How can the social media like Facebook Twitter Instagram support such companies and promote their adds.The police should take action against the owners of the company.They are fooling the people.
